These terms of use apply to the website of The Amazement Studio (hereinafter referred to as TAS) and its underlying projects and organizations. This website has been created and is managed by the webmaster TAS (info@theamazementstudio.nl). By using this website, you agree to comply with and accept these terms of use.

Intellectual Property Rights
The texts, drawings, photos, films, images, data, databases, software, names, trade and domain names, brands, logos and other components of this site are protected by intellectual rights and belong to the TAS or its third parties. It is prohibited to store (other than necessary to view the website), reproduce, modify, publish, distribute or transmit, sell or otherwise transfer or grant any rights to third parties, the information provided on and via this website without TAS's prior written agreement.

Personal Data
TAS does not collect personal data unless it is provided voluntarily. By filling out and sending an information form, or sending an e-mail, a visitor gives permission to store his or her personal data in a TAS file for automated user profiling, customer management, market research and direct mail.

Non-personal information collected automatically
TAS can collect non-personal data, such as browser type or IP address, the operating system you use or the domain name of the website from which you came to or leave the TAS website.

IP addresses
In case of complaints about alleged unlawful behavior, the IP address will be blocked from accessing the TAS website and your IP address may also be transferred to the competent judicial authorities.
